Sparkly Light Productions was founded in 2013 and is based at Pinewood Studios, Buckinghamshire - one of the world's most respected production facilities. We provide support, personnel, and facilities for the full broadcast production process.
From concept development and scripting, through production and technical execution, to delivery as live or recorded content — we handle everything. Our team has extensive experience directing the nation's largest live televised events, and we bring that same broadcast rigour to every corporate and branded project we take on.
We operate across the UK and internationally, with a core team and a trusted network of experienced freelancers. Our approach is collaborative, calm, and results-focused. We exist to make our clients look exceptional, and to make the process genuinely enjoyable along the way.

Glenn Barton - Producer, Director, and the calm centre of many of the UK’s most memorable broadcasts. His career has spanned programmes such as the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, the Diamond Jubilee, HRM Queen Elizabeth II’s Funeral, and Children in Need.
What sets Glenn apart isn’t just his experience, it’s the way he approaches every production with composure and creativity. In high-pressure live environments, every decision matters, and Glenn is known for making the right calls with quiet authority.
That same attention to detail now benefits our corporate clients. Whether creating promotional films for Rolls-Royce or directing live-streamed events for financial institutions, Glenn ensures every production has the polish, impact, and clarity of a prime-time programme.
We believe people matter just as much as equipment. And with leaders like Glenn guiding our projects, clients know their message will be communicated with precision, creativity, and confidence.
